Thank you Christine,

That means a lot!!. I think psychotherapy is an art and that authenticity and vulnerability heals. I know I am not alone but I don't always get the support I crave. I greatly appreciate the time you've given to read my longest article and your support of my work. Some people are more into psychotherapy science and working off models and applying best practice techniques and that is okay with me. I think we all have to work with our learning styles and everyone is okay. When we fight against each other and minimize someone else or say someone else is not appropriate it can hurt. I think if we do the work with people who experience psychosis or special messages it can make a difference.

Hello Tim,

Ive only just started reading your posts.

I am a retired art psychotherapist in the UK. I do believe that one of the expressive arts therapies would suit your thinking. There will be many who disagree with me yet because you have stuck your neck out thus far I reckon the 'safe space' for expressivity in these settings would give voice to the issues you raise.

Bravo !
